Causes of sports injuries

Every from well-conditioned athlets to weekend warriors can suffer a sports injury.
Most common causes of sports injuries
-Improper warm up
Failure to perform a proper warm up can put risk for injury as muscle a joints are not prepared for exercise.it is necessary to increase temperature of body and it's circulation.
If warm is of 15 to 20 minutes it must include combination of stretching and cardiovascular exercise.
-Overuse injuries
Repetitive strain injuries are caused by repeated action which apply pressure to certain joint or area of soft tissues.
worsen overtime and include injuries such as tennis elbow,golfer's knee,thrower's shoulder and planter fascias. 
-Over training
Simply put,this is doing too much, too often with insufficient rest between.lack of adequile recovery time coupled with amplified.intensity of training is the most common cause of over training.
-weakness in muscle,tendon,ligament:
It is also the most common cause of injury is poor training.for suppose,a muscle need 48 hours to recover after a workout.increase exercise intensity too quickly and not stopping when pain develops.while exercising also causes injury.
