Types of injuries

In a single year around one and a half million suffer from sports related injuries and get treatment from emergency department.fatigue is the main factor that leads to such type of injuries. .A low energy athlete may lead to detoriation in technique, slower reaction time, stability of muscle tissue.these all allow in injury to occur. Two most common types are: 1)  Soft tissues injuries  When sort tissues experience trauma the dead and damaged.cells release chemicals and initiate inflammation. Soft tissue involves 1) Muscle sprains 2) Tendon and ligament tears 3) Muscle tissues 2) Hard tissues injuries These are types of tissues injuries  that include dental bone injuries. and these are less frequent then soft tissues injuries in sports but often more serious. tooth fracture are of more common type among these injuries. Hard tissues involve 1) dislocated joints 2) fractured joints 3) joints and also bones

Injuries that most commonly occur during sports or exercise. Most common causes of this sort of injury are : 1) Accidents 2) poor training practice 3) improper equipment 4) insufficient warm up and stretching. The most sports injuries are strains and sprain Sprain are such injuries that are mainly concerned with ligaments.the tough bands connecting bones in a joint.suddenly stretching limits or deform them.strains are such sort of injuries  that anchor muscles.overusing or their over stretching cause tear of that muscle or tendon the tissues generally lengthen with stress and then returns to its normal length unless they are pull too far or out of their normal range.
